This special issue calls for articles that explore research or innovative applications focused on modeling and evaluating the cost, outcomes, impact, performance metrics, organizational issues, and policies in the domain of telehealth and e-health. This will help researchers and practitioners to better understand the issues involved in telehealth and e-health, design and plan the operation of telehealth and e-health systems and explore some of the complex issues that exist in implementing telehealth and e-health systems.
